The project La Martinetta involves the renovation and subdivision into apartments of an early 20th century villa and a 19th century farmhouse, that are located on the Superga hill with a panoramic view of the city and the mountains, and close to the French school.
The apartments will have access to communal gardens, a swimming pool, and will be equipped with private gardens.
