The new Led Taxand’s office, an italian tax law firm, is located in Via Dante, one of the main commercial walks in Milan, between the Castello Sforzesco and Piazza Duomo.
The project consists in the refurbishment of two floors in Milan city Center, completed in just 60 days, with a particular attention to costs and timing.
The clients are welcomed by the details and the rational division of the space.
At the entrance a wooden front desk, underlined by an Artemide’s suspension lamp, leads to the next room, where a glass cube encloses the accountancy room; close attention has been given to the customized design of all the entrance details.
A long corridor, which circularly follows the internal courtyard, connects the various work spaces distinguished by a carpet in different colours and patterns. All meeting rooms are separated by a glazed surface and an applied film gives dynamism to the space and increases the level of privacy.
G*AA architects want to talk about the space of these offices through the light; the combination of horizontal and vertical lighting elements provide dynamism and rhythm to the space.
The final result is obtained with a very careful design of each detail that make the space really unique, in particular the main meeting room is completely designed “on measure”.
