In the heart of Milan, in front of the public gardens dedicated to Indro Montanelli and a short walk from the Armani Hotel, is the Hotel Manin, a hotel institution with a centuries-old tradition that is well known in the city. In order to optimize the ambitious renovation project while ensuring the operational continuity of the facility, the intervention plan was divided into seven distinct phases. These were carried out exclusively during the twenty-eight days of annual closure, concentrated in the month of August, thus avoiding any interruption of hotel operations. The selection of materials-stone, leather, glass, carpeting and wallpaper-was carefully considered, with the aim of composing a sophisticated environment, characterized by refined colors and skillful play of light. The intervention, calibrated to the smallest details, gives the spaces a contemporary elegance that respects the historicity of the structure.
