The ambitious project for the new Marina, part of an urban context under redevelopment, involves an investment of about 80 million euros. The area will include a 5-star hotel, a luxury residence, two residential buildings and a yacht club. The redesign of the surrounding green areas and the creation of new bike lanes will complete the project with the aim of transforming this area into a new recreational district for citizens and a link between the Marina and the city.
