The project involves the construction of three new, fully renovated apartments within a historic building in the center of Turin. Every detail is designed to offer a high standard of quality, both in materials and design. The spaces, arranged on three levels, are designed to adapt to the different needs of the buyers, ensuring customizable functionality without sacrificing aesthetics. A distinctive element of the project is the innovative use of internal height and vaulting features, which allow the creation of mezzanines. These not only increase the living area, but also add a touch of modernity and architectural charm, transforming each room into a unique and striking space.
