Craftsmanship and luxury manufacturing are the leitmotifs of the design of the new space in Florence's historic center for master pastry chef Iginio Massari's new workshop and retail outlet. The space formerly occupied by a bank, has an area designated for the display and sales counter visible from the windows that directly face the street in the city's historic center. A second access is possible from the nearby hotel. At the back is a large workshop for pastry preparation and a large historic room furnished with custom-made sofas and tables for product tasting. The grandeur of the space is emphasized by a monumental glazed ceiling with decorations and polychrome marble floor with plaid designs.
